If a purchased product does not fit you as a measure, you can exchange it with the same product with the appropriate measure or with another product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the time it was delivered to you. Any exchange of product can be made only within the available stock. If the desired model is no longer in stock, you can choose another one with the payment of any price differences by you or their return by us. 

The shipping for the international exchange needs to be supported by the by the CUSTOMER

The products will be returned in good condition, neutralized, without stains. We do not accept exchanges for products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can degrade or deteriorate rapidly, such as underwear or swimwear.

We do not accept exchanges for products that:

  • are sent without filling out the exchange form;
  • have been worn;
  • can not be resold for hygiene reasons like "lingerie" or "bathing suits";

In order to exchange a product you must follow the next steps:

  1. Fill out the exchange form that is available available below;
  2. Pack the product to be returned;
  3. For international exchanges - YOU send us the package with any delivery service, not Romanian post !
  4. After we recive the package, we can generate a payment link for the shipping of the product you want in exchange. After you pay the shipping, we will send it to you.!

If a product that you have ordered does not please you, you can return it in 14 calendar days since you have received it. You will pay for the courier service for sending the order back to us, and we will reimburse you for the product in 15 work days since receiving it.

The products will be returned in good condition, neutralized, without stains. Nu acceptăm retururi pentru produse care, prin natura lor, nu pot fi returnate sau care se pot degrada ori deteriora rapid, cum ar fi cele de lenjerie intimă sau costume de baie.

We do not accept returns for products that:

  • are sent without filling out the returns form;
  • are sent by courier, collector account, or other similar services involving cash payment from Prive at the time of delivery;
  • the fields related to the IBAN account and the name of the IBAN account holder are not filled in;
  • have been worn;
  • can not be resold for hygiene reasons like "lingerie" or "bathing suits";

In order to return a product you must follow the next steps:

  1. Fill in the return form available below;
  2. Pack the product to be returned;
  3. Send the package - standard shipment (by any express courier, but not Romanian Post) with the product returned to: Prive Boutique SRL– Departament Retururi, București, sect. 1, strada Hagi Moscu Maria nr 5 – Mansarda. Dacă alegi Fan Courier, firma de curierat cu care noi colaborăm, numărul lor de telefon este 0219336;
  4. Please make sure that the sender's name corresponds to the one that you have filled out in the exchange form;
  5. Payment will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN account mentioned in the return request within maximum 15 working days from the moment the package arrives to us;
